Ingredients

  • 5-6 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 avocado (diced)
  • 4 oz. gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup almonds (sliced)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 red onion (finely sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Poppyseed Salad Dressing

Directions

In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, avocado, almonds, red onion, and cheese. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Plate it, and enjoy.
