Grilled Salmon Salad

  • 1 package mixed greens
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Skinnygirl™ Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing


Grill salmon. Sauté walnuts until toasted. In a large bowl, combine mixed green, toasted walnuts, tomatoes, and red onion. Then toss with Skinnygirl™ Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Place the grilled salmon on top of the salad.
