Poppyseed Pasta Salad

  • 1 box pasta (any variety)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup SkinnyGirl┬« Poppyseed Salad Dressing


Cook desired pasta according to packaging, and let cool. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded cheddar cheese, broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, tomato, and green onions. Pour dressing over and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
